Call for Applications: YEIDEP Batch B 2026 – Up to ₦500,000 Startup Grant

Applications are now open for the Youth Economic Intervention and De-Radicalisation Programme (YEIDEP) Batch B 2026, a Federal Government initiative aimed at empowering young Nigerians with funding, training, and business support.
About the Programme
The YEIDEP Batch B Programme is designed to tackle youth unemployment by supporting entrepreneurship and small business development across Nigeria. Participants receive financial grants, mentorship, and practical training to start or scale sustainable businesses in various sectors.
Grant Value
- ₦50,000 – ₦500,000 startup grant
- Non-repayable funding – this is a grant, not a loan
Program Benefits
Selected participants will gain:
- Startup grant funding of up to ₦500,000
- Entrepreneurship and vocational training
- Mentorship and business advisory support
- Access to markets and growth opportunities
Who Should Apply
The program targets:
- Nigerian youths aged 18–35 years
- Individuals with either a business idea or an existing small business
- Applicants willing to participate in all training and program activities

- Agriculture & agribusiness
- ICT and digital services
- Fashion and creative industries
- Trade and small-scale services
- Renewable energy and technical services
How to Apply – Important Update
Applications are no longer submitted online. To apply:
- Visit any authorized YEIDEP partner bank.
- Request to open a YEIDEP account.
- Account opening automatically registers you as a verified participant.
Special Note for Kano Residents:
Applicants in Kano must register through the state YEIDEP committee, not via partner banks.
