Bereaking!! Ibadan Poly Bans Examination Celebrations

As the Second Semester 2020/2021 Examination draws to an end, the management of The Polytechnic Ibadan, has placed embargo on examination celebrations and signing out ceremony in the Polytechnic.
This directive was contained in a circular dated 24th May 2022.
The management said that no signing out on T-SHIRTS with marker or pen and splashing of water and other forms of celebration on campus and has threaten to punish any defaulter student.
The school management said this directive became necessary because “signing-out” action is not in the Students’ Handbook which is the rules guiding students conducts/activities, so doing such is illegal therefore directed Students to desist from these signing-out activities.

The students were advised to vacate the premises of the Institution immediately after the completion of their examinations and in any case not later than 48 hours after their last examination paper.
Management further advised the students to desist from any illegal activities as Management will not condone act of indiscipline in the school premises.
