ASUP Declares Indefinite Strike in AIFPU

The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP), Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana chapter, has declared an indefinite strike in the institution.
According to SUG PRO, the indefinite strike takes effect from Wednesday 18th May 2022 untill further notice.
However, Clearance, Registration and other non academic activities would continue during the strike action.

The Polytechnic lecturers decided to go on internal strike because the school management is yet to meet their demands.
