Ahmadu Bello University Opens 2025/2026 Admission for ND, NDII Special, and HND — See Available Courses and How to Apply

Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, through its College of Agriculture & Animal Science, Division of Agricultural Colleges (DAC) in Mando Road, Kaduna, has officially announced the sales of screening forms for admission into its Higher National Diploma (HND), NDII Special, and National Diploma (ND) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Prospective students interested in building a career in agriculture and animal science are encouraged to apply for any of the following approved programmes:

Available Programmes:

A. Higher National Diploma (HND) – 2 Years

• Animal Health Technology
  
• Animal Production Technology
  
• Pasture and Range Management Technology
  
• AgriBusiness Management
  

B. National Diploma (ND) – 2 Years 

(JAMB Cut-Off Mark for All Programmes is 100)

• Fisheries Technology
  
• Animal Health and Production Technology
  
• Science Laboratory Technology
  

Entry Requirements: 

HND: Applicants must possess a National Diploma with at least Lower Credit in a relevant accredited Agricultural programme and must show evidence of completing one-year mandatory industrial training. In addition, candidates must have five credit passes in relevant subjects: Mathematics, English Language, Chemistry/Physics, and Agricultural Science/Biology at WAEC (GCE), NECO, NABTEB, or NBAIS.

 ND: Candidates must choose other institutions as first choice, fill the green card, and upload their O’Level results in the JAMB portal. Entry requirements include five O’Level credits including English Language and Mathematics, plus relevant science subjects, in not more than two sittings.

2️⃣ Click the College URL: caas-cas.dac.abu.edu.ng and select the application forms.
3️⃣ Fill in the required information and create an account.
4️⃣ Generate your RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) for payment.
5️⃣ Pay using “Pay via Remita” with your ATM card or print the transaction slip to pay at any commercial bank.
