Wahala be like bicycle! Lecturer slapped the SUG president of the Federal polytechnic, Kaura Namoda, students react

A lecturer and head of department at the Federal polytechnic Kaura Namoda, Zamfara state reportedly slapped the SUG president over a misunderstanding, POLYTV has learnt.
What actually transpired between the HOD and the president that led to the reaction from the HOD is unknown to POLYTV.
According to the press statement obtained by our reporter, the student body said it has resolved the issue amicably as the HOD was said to have apologized over his rudely behavior towards the president.
The statement reads:
“We are pleased to inform you that the recent incident involving the Head of Department (HOD) slapping the president has been resolved in a satisfactory manner. The Student Union Government (SUG) worked tirelessly to address the issue and ensure that justice was served.”
“Following the incident, the students demanded that the lecturer be held accountable for his actions and that appropriate disciplinary measures be taken. We are pleased to report that the lecturer has since apologized for his behavior and has taken steps to make amends with the president and the student body.”
“In addition, the lecturer has committed to undergoing sensitivity training and has pledged to treat all students with respect and dignity moving forward. The students are satisfied with the outcome of this situation and are grateful for the quick and effective response from the SUG.”
“We would like to thank the students for their patience and maturity throughout this process, and we are confident that this incident will serve as a learning experience for all involved. We look forward to moving past this incident and continuing to work together towards a harmonious and inclusive learning environment.”
