UPDATE: ND Part-time/HND Full-time NYSC Eligibility Procedure for Polytechnic Students

The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) has released new guidelines and procedures for polytechnic students who completed ND part-time and HND full-time to be able to register and participate in the NYSC program starting in 2026, as registration on the NBTE portal will commence from the 2024/2025 academic session.
All polytechnic students who completed ND part-time and want to proceed with HND full-time admission starting in the 2024/2025 academic session are advised to follow these procedures to be eligible for the NYSC program when they graduate from 2026 onward. Any ND part-time student who applies for HND admission starting in the 2024/2025 academic session without following these procedures may risk not being mobilized for the NYSC program.
