UNN Cancels 2023/2024 POST UTME Screening Exercise

The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) has announced the cancellation of its Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2023/2024 academic session.
In a memo signed by the Registrar, Dr. Mrs. C.N Nnebedum, the university stated that the decision to waive the post-UTME test was due to prevailing uncertainties and logistical challenges for prospective candidates travelling from different parts of the country.
Instead of the previously scheduled post-UTME computer-based test from October 3-18, 2023, UNN will now conduct admission screening solely based on candidates’ verified JAMB UTME results, O’Level results, and Direct Entry qualifications.
The memo highlighted that candidates who fail to upload their verified O’Level results to JAMB’s CAPS portal before the stipulated deadline will not be considered for admission.
Other details regarding online registration and screening of O’Level and Direct Entry results on the UNN portal remain unchanged as earlier published.
The cancellation of the post-UTME exam implies admission into UNN for 2023/2024 will be determined by students’ performance in other qualifying exams and their profiling on the university’s portal.
