SIWES: IMA POLY LAFIA Orientate Students as Rector Charges Students to be Productive

The management of the Isa Mustapha Agwai Polytechnic on Thursday 20th Orientate the NDI students ahead of the 4 Months Industrial Training (SIWES) which will commence after the conclusion of the 2021/2022 Academic session.
While addressing the Students, the Rector Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic, Lafia, Dr. Justina Anjiode Kotso cautioned Students against acts of indiscipline and be productive at their places of attachments.
The Rector of the Polytechnic was represented by the Deputy Rector Academics Mr. Louis John Ogah.
In her speech ITF Area Manager Mrs. Kacham Ochochie says she was overwhelmed by the effort of Management of Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic, Lafia for according priority to SIWES and it will help the Students to know more about their practical aspects of whatever course they study.

The Polytechnic SIWES Coordinator Engr. Aminu Abdul hamid said the SIWES orientation exercise is an annual event to educate and enlighten the Students on what SIWES is all about and advised them against act that may tarnish the image of the Polytechnic.
Resource person during the orientation exercise Senior Assistant Director Training Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Hassan Abdulhakeem who took time to teach the Students of what is expected of them during their Industrial attachments told them to be focused and be ready to learn the practical aspects of what they have been taught in Class.
