Requirements for Admission clearance and Registration for newly admitted 2024/2025 Students at KENPOLY

This is to inform all the newly admitted students of the Kenule Saro Wiwa Polytechnic, Rivers State that the school management has released the documents required for admission clearance and registration for the 2024/2025 academic session.
After Payment of Acceptance Fee, Candidates are expected to present the following items for clearance in the Admissions & Registrations Unit.
NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) LEVEL
- Acceptance Fee Receipt
- Original O/Level Certificates
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Local Government Identification Letter
- JAMB Slip
- Application Form Receipt
- NIN
2. HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) LEVEL
- Acceptance Fee Receipt
- Original National Diploma Certificate or Statement of Result
- Original O/Level Certificates
- Application Form Receipt
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Local Government Identification Letter
- Post one Year Industrial Training Letter
- Evidence of academic transcript payment.
- NIN
The polytechnic has released admission lists for the 2024/2025 academic session both National Diploma and Higher National Diploma.
