Requirements for 2024/2025 ND and HND Admission Clearance and Registration at the Federal Poly Ado-Ekiti

The Management of the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti has adopted online clearance and registration procedures for all the newly admitted National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) candidates for the 2024/2025 academic session.
For those that have been offered admission both full-time, part-time, morning and evening programmes. Below are the required documents needed for clearance registration.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE CLEARANCE FOR 2024/2025 ADMISSION EXERCISE INTO NATIONAL DIPLOMA (MORNING, EVENING & PART-TIME) PROGRAMMES
- Original copy of O’Level Certificate. (Note: Where Certificate is not ready, Statement of O’Levei result or Online Printout not exceeding 12 months is acceptable)
- JAMB/UTME Score print-out
- Change of Institution/Course to Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti as choice Institution (If applicable)
- Admission Status print-out (via JAMB CAPS)
- JAMB Admission Letter
- JAMB Part-Time Application Form (For Evening and Part-Time Candidates Only)
- FPA Admission Letter
- Certificate of Local Government Origin
- Birth Certificate/Age Declaration.
- My Biodata printout (via JAMB CAPS)
- Guarantor’s Letter (from two reputable persons such as a Clergyman, Public Officer not below the rank of GL 12)
REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE CLEARANCE FOR 2024/2025 ADMISSION EXERCISE INTO HIGH NATIONAL DIPLOMA (MORNING, EVENING & PART-TIME) PROGRAMMES
1. Original copy of O’Level Certificate
2. ND Statement of Result not later than March, 2024 for candidates with Distinction, Upper credit and Low Credit respectively
3. ND Statement of Result not later than March, 2023 for candidates with Pass grade
4. A letter of Industrial Training (IT) for a minimum of Nine (9) Months for candidates with grades of Distinction, Upper Credit and Lower Credit respectively.
5. A letter of Industrial Training (IT) for a minimum of Eighteen (18) Months for candidates with Pass Grade
6. ND JAMB Admission Letter
7. JAMB Part-Time Application Form (For Evening & Part-Time Candidates Only)
8. FPA Admission Letter
9. Guarantor’s Letter (from two reputable persons such as a Clergyman, Public Officer not below the rank GL 12)
10. Certificate of Local Government Origin
11. Ensure that transcript of Academic Records have been sent to this Institution (for candidates with ND from other Institutions)
