Plateau State College of Health Technology Zawan 2023/2024 Admission Form is Out

The General Public is hereby informed that the Sale of Admission Forms into the various Academic Programs (courses) of the Plateau State College of Health Technology, Zawan for the 2023/2024 Academic Session will commence on Thursday, 6 April, 2023.

Interested applicants are to obtain RRR number (Remita Retrieval Reference Number) for payment into the Bank from the College ICT Unit and proceed to any Commercial bank for payments, and return to the College ICT Unit to complete the form on-line.

The forms are obtainable after payments of Seven Thousand Nora (#7,000.00) for HND courses and Five Thousand Naira (#5,000.00) for other Courses The Courses are as follows

School of Environmental Health:

•  (a), Environmental Health Assistant, 
• (b) Environmental Health Technician, 
• (c). National Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics 
• (d) Abridgement Program for those that studied Food Hygiene into National Diploma, Nutrition and Dietetics 
• (e). Epidemiology and Disease Control

(2) School of Community Health:

•  (a). Certificate in Community Health (CHEW) and 
• (b). Higher National Diploma in Community Health

(3) School of Medical Laboratory Science: 

• Medical Laboratory Technician

(4). School of Medical Imaging: 

• (a). Medical Imaging Processing Technician D Ray).

(5) School of Dental Surgery: 

• (a), Dental Surgery Technician.
