Okowa Assure Students Of Bursary Payment
RECENT UPDATE ON THE DELTA STATE BURSARY
In line with the smart agenda of Dr Ifeanyi Okowa for prosperity for all Deltans and in caring for the welfare of all Delta State student during the recent community town hall meeting in Warri, has reassured the National Association of Delta State student that the 2020 bursary will be paid in the shortest possible time.
The governor said that his administration is concerned about the welfare and prosperity of her Students
The leadership of Nadesstu under her National President Comr Godwin Saturday has reassured his commitment towards serving the Delta State student and said all modus operandi are going to be put in place to ensure the payment of the bursary.
He said physical verification which is a fundamental duty may not be carried out which is under review by the board because of the pandemic and assured all Student who duly registered and are eligible to expect their payment soonest as internal verification is being carried out by the board.
Note: Funds have been approved by the state government therefore we are pushing further for its release to commence the payment process which will be in no distant time.
We urge all Delta State Students to be good ambassadors of their various institutions hereby doing the state proud.
