Spiritan University Nneochi (SUN) was approved and licensed on December 6, 2017 by the Federal Executive Council (Government) of Nigeria on the recommendation of the National Universities Commission (NUC) Nigeria to operate as a Private and Conventional University. As a University, Spiritan University Nneochi (SUN) commenced academic activities in the 2018/2019 academic Session.
