Kano State Polytechnic Registration Procedures for New and Returning Students 2022/2023 Session

This is to inform all the newly admitted students and returning students of Kano State polytechnic that the school management has released guidelines and registration procedures for the 2022/2023 session.
All the fresh students are to login to the polytechnic portal to print their admission letter and proceed to Kano Poly Micro Finance bank to make payments for acceptance fee of #3,000, medical fee of #1,000, Union dues of #2,000, Matriculation gown of #1,000 and students hand book of #1,5000 only.
After making the necessary payments, the students are to follow the procedures below:
Step1: Proceed to your Unit School Accountant for Official Receipts
Step2: Meet your Departmental Administrative Officer for the Departmental Registration
Step 3: Meet MIS representative at your Unit School to submit copies of Admission Letter(s), NIN Slip, Acceptance Fee, Union and Clinic receipts.
Step 4: Then re-log into Account to:
- Make Central Registration
- Payment Print Receipt
- Print Course Registration Form (C.R.F)
- Print Library Registration Form
- Print Student Undertaking Form
Step 5: Candidates should proceed to Unit School Library to register.
Step 6: Proceed to the Bursary Department at the Central Administration for Payment Authentication.
Step 7: Finally, submit two copies of all your Credentials and two recent passport photographs to your Level Coordinator for documentation.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR RETURNING STUDENTS
Step 1: Student should proceed to his/her Department to collectClearance Form
Step 2: Proceed to Kano Poly Micro Finance Bank, at the School of Management Studies, Yahaya Gusau Road for the Payment of the following and instant collection of the student’s handbook. Union Dues – N2,000 and Student’s Handbook – N1,500.
Step 3: Proceed to your Unit School Accountant for official receipts
Step 4: Meet MIS representatives at your Unit School to submit copies of Clearance Form, NIN Slip and Union Dues and Student’s Handbook receipts.
Step 5: Log-in to your Account (using Reg. No as username, 123456 as password) update your account by uploading a recent passport photograph, make payment, print receipt and Course Registration Form (C.R.F.)
Step 6: Proceed to the Bursary Department at the Central Administration for Payment Authentication.
Step 7: Finally, submit the Authenticated Evidence of Payment and other registration documents to your Level Coordinator.
