Kano State Polytechnic Commences 2nd and 4th Semester Examination

The Rector, Associate Prof. Kabir Bello Dungurawa has described the commencement of the examinations across all the six schools of the institution as successful and seamless.

He disclosed this when he visited the School of Technology, School of Management Studies, and School of General Studies to monitor the conduct of the examination.

The Rector, who was at the School of Technology around 8:00 am on Monday, 11th September, 2023 applauded the efforts of the School management, Examination Officers, as well as the Invigilators for their dedication and commitment toward the successful commencement of the examination.

At the School of Management Studies, the Rector went round all the examination venues and was impressed by the level of commitment shown by the school management and all the examinations’ stakeholders.

The Rector further emphasized that his management had provided all the necessary materials before the examination date. He extended his gratitude and appreciation to all the Invigilators and students for their orderly conduct and for being good ambassadors of the institution.

In their separate remarks, the heads of OTM, BAM, Marketing, and Banking & Finance Departments, whom the Rector met during the inspection, commended the management for providing the examination materials on time, describing the kick-off as very smooth and seamless.

On their part, the Chief Examination Officers of the SOT, SMS, and SGS whom the Rector also met during the inspection explained that their respective schools had received all the materials days before the examination and were adequate.

Some of the invigilators interviewed include Mal. Kamilu Yakubu of the Accountancy Department and Malama Fatima Abdulkadir of the Public Administration Department, expressed their satisfaction and commended the efforts and adequate preparations made by the KSP management.

Meanwhile, students from various Departments expressed their appreciation and confidence that, by the special grace of Allah, there would be no hitches throughout the examination.
