FG to Roll Out YEIDEP Grant in July, Youths to Receive Up to ₦500,000

Young Nigerian entrepreneurs have reason to be optimistic as the Federal Government prepares to begin disbursing the YEIDEP grant by July 2025. Beneficiaries will receive between ₦50,000 and ₦500,000 to boost their businesses.

So far, more than 4.6 million applications have been recorded for the Youth Empowerment and Innovation Development Programme (YEIDEP), which is designed to promote economic inclusion by providing non-repayable, interest-free funding for youth-led enterprises.

The initiative, managed by the Federal Ministry of Youth Development in collaboration with the Youths Off The Street Initiative (YOTSI), is focused on entrepreneurs in key sectors such as agriculture, ICT, fashion, retail, and vocational trades.
