Federal Polytechnic Bauchi Students Protest Over Insecurity

The students of the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi on Tuesday trooped out in masses to protest as insecurity worsens in the polytechnic community.
According to the students, they can no longer sleep with their eyes closed due to incessant robbery by hoodlums off campus.
A video obtained by POLY TV shows how a student was injured at one sarauniya lodge in the school community.
The polytechnic students have shut down the school gate as they call on the school management and other authorities to find a lasting solution to the insecurity challenges in the polytechnic community.
As at the time of gathering this report, the students are yet to be addressed. However, there is a presence of policemen on the protest ground.
