This initiative is set to transform agribusiness by equipping young Nigerians with the training, support, and resources needed to build sustainable agricultural enterprises.
About the Green Money Project
The Green Money Project is a federal initiative designed to empower young Nigerians by promoting agricultural entrepreneurship. This program aims to cultivate a new generation of agribusiness leaders who can drive innovation, create jobs, and contribute to national food security.
The project offers participants intensive training in modern farming techniques, business development, and access to financial tools that support long-term success in the agricultural sector.
Who Can Apply?
To qualify for the Green Money Project 2025, applicants must:
- Be Nigerian citizens or permanent residents
- Fall within the age range of 18 to 40 years
- Have at least a secondary school education
- Be resident in any of Nigeria’s 36 states or the FCT
- Possess a genuine interest or experience in agriculture or agribusiness
- Be willing to participate fully in all scheduled trainings and workshops
- Intend to start or expand an agribusiness
- Demonstrate basic computer literacy and smartphone usage
- Be physically capable of engaging in agricultural activities
- Not be a previous beneficiary of similar government agricultural programs
- Have a valid government-issued ID (National ID, Voter’s Card, Driver’s License, etc.)
