Gombe State University (GSU) 2021/2022 Academic Calendar for Second Semester

This is to inform all students of Gombe  State University (GSU) and the General Public that the school management has announced resumption of academic activities for the second semester 2021/2022 session.

Academic calendar for the second semester has been approved by the academic board.

Lectures for second semester will commence on Monday 8th May 2023 to Saturday 24th June 2023.

2023/2024 academic session will commence on Monday 16th October 2023.

1. Monday 8th to Saturday 24th June 2023 – 7weeks lectures

2. Saturday 26tg to Saturday 19th August 2023 – 1 week break.

3. Monday 3rd July to Saturday 19th August 2023 – 7 weeks of lectures

4. Monday 21st August to Saturday 2nd September 2023 – 2 weeks of examination.

5. Monday 16th October 2023 –  weeks second semester break for marking, grading, compilation of results. PG board and senate meetings.

6. Monday 16th October 2023 – commencement of 2022/2023 session.
