Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology (Oyscatech) Resumption Date and Academic Calendar for 2021/2022 Session

This is to inform all students and staff of the Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology (OYSCATECH), Igboora that the management of the institution has released the revised academic calendar for 2021/2022 academic session.

All students are to resume for the first semester 2021/2022 session on Monday 15th August, 2022 as registration and lectures will commence the same day.

Late registration with penalty will commence on Tuesday, October 4th 2022.

Matriculation Ceremony for all fresh students will be held on 12th October, 2022.

First Semester 2021/2022 examination will commence on the 17th October, 2022 to Friday 4th November, 2022.

5	Monday, September 7 – Friday September 9, 2022	Faculty board meeting for the consideration of 2020/2021 2^nd results/consideration of results at the DPPPs board of examiners meeting
6	Monday, September 7 – Friday September 9, 2022	Project defense
7	Friday September 9^th 2022	Board of studies meeting for consideration of 2^nd semester 2020/2021 results for HND students
8	Monday September 12^th – Friday September 16^th 2022	vetting of results for 2^nd semester 2020/2021 academic session
9	Wednesday 14^th September, 2022	Academic staff workshop
10	Monday 12^th – Friday 16^th September, 2022	Vetting of results of 2^nd semester 2020/2021 academic session

11	Tuesday 20^th September, 2022	Legislative summit and award presentation
12	Tuesday 20^th September – Wednesday 21^st September, 2022	Committee of deans and directors consideration of 2^nd semester 2020/2021 results
13	Wednesday 21^st September, 2022	SUG fresher’s day
14	Wednesday 28^th September, 2022	Board of studies meeting for consideration of 2^nd semester 2020/2021 results
15	Friday 30^th September, 2022	End of payment without penalty for all students fist semester 2021/2022
16	Tuesday October 4^th, 2022	Payment with penalty begins for all students for first semester 2021/2022
17	Tuesday October 4^th, 2022 – Friday October, 7^th 2022	Mid-semester test for all students first semester 2021/2022

19	Wednesday October, 12^th 2022	End of lecture and closure of portal for all students
20	Thursday October 13^th – Friday October 14^th 2022	Lecture free day for all students

22	Monday November 7^th, 2022	Resumption and commencement of lectures for 2^nd semester 2021/2022 academic session for all students
23	Monday November 7^th – Friday November 25^th 2022	Processing and consideration of 2021/2022 1^st semester results at departments
24	Monday November 28^th – Friday December 2^nd 2022	Faculty board meeting for consideration of 2021/2022 1^st results /consideration of results and the DPPPS board of examiners meeting
25	Tuesday December 5^th – Wednesday December 7^th 2022	Vetting of results for 1^st semester 2021/2022 academic session
