PHOTOS: AD-COHST CH Students Host Special Ramadan Breakfast for College Community

A combined students of Community Health program at AD-COHST this evening hosted a special Ramadan IFTAR (breaking of fast) for the college community.
The event was the third of its kind hosted during the holy month of Ramadan by the students of various departments of the College.
It is such a fulfilling gesture, as the presence of academic and non-academic staff as well as students’ attendance gave daring and more credence to the occasion.
Head of Community Health Department Malama Maryam Isah in her remark maintained that such kind of iftar organized yearly enhances unity, love and harmony not only among students but the entire College Community.
She commended the initiation of the students, stating that “nothing beats the happiness of sharing what they have, be it big or small”.
Class representative Ahmad Shehu Ahmad, who spoke on behalf of the entire students, expressed appreciation to the participants for attending the event in spite of a short invitation notice for the iftar breakfast.
He applauded the efforts of the students who contributed in one way or the another towards the successful hosting of the event.
