HiMOSHOOD ABIOLA POLYTECHNIC, ABEOKUTA 2021/2022 ACADEMIC CALENDAR

This is to inform all students of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta and the general public that school management has released proposed academic calendar for second semester 2021/2022 Academic session. Academic activities will commence on Monday 6th June 2022 for all categories of students both full-time and part-time. Registration and lectures will commence on the same date.

Commencement of 2^nd semester 2021/2022 academic session for all categories of students ND and HND full-time and part-time	Monday 6^th June 2022
Commencement of studentship and course registration for 2^nd semester 2021/2022 academic session by all students including carryover students	Monday 6^th June 2022
Commencement of lectures for all students ND and HND fulltime and part time <	Monday 6^th June 2022
Lecture period (including conduct Practical workshop/studio works). Lecture delivery shall continue to be via the regular in-person classes and online, on MAPOLY MLS platform	Monday 6^th June to Saturday 6th august 2022. Matriculation holds during this period
Deadline for departments to release any outstanding examination results for 2^nd semester 2020/2021 academic session inclusive part-time results	Monday 27^th June 2022
Deadline for studentship and course registration for all categories of students including carryover students	Friday 8^th July 2022
Late registration with penalty	Monday 11^th to Friday 15^th July 2022
Department student’s association/students union week activities	Monday 25^th to Friday 29^th July 2022
Lecture/course revision for all students. Preparation by stakeholders for 2^nd semester examination	Monday 1^st August to Saturday 6^th August 2022
End of lectures and practical’s/workshop/studio works for all students	Monday 6^th august 2022
Conduct of 2^nd semester 2021/2022 examination for all students both part-time and full-time	8^th August to Saturday 27^th August 2022
End of 2^nd semester 2021/2022 academic session	Saturday 27^th August 2022
13 weeks SIWES for students in SCIT, SENG, SENVS and SST	Monday 29^th August 2022 to Friday 25^th November 2022
Resumption and commencement of registration for 2022/2023 academic session for all fresh and returning students except those on SIWES	Monday 5^th September 2022
Resumption of students on SIWES	Monday 25^th November 2022.
