Massive Construction Of Road Network With Solar Powered Streetlights Commence In FEDPOFFA

… Work has commenced along the School of Communication & Information Technology/ Building Technology Departments axis
In fulfillment of his transformation agenda to ensure quality internal road network system in the Polytechnic, the Rector, Engr. Dr. Kadiri Kamoru Oluwatoyin led administration has commenced construction of 1.2km road network with the installation of electrical and solar-powered street lights in the polytechnic.
The road network which commence along the School of Communication & Information/ Building Technology Departments axis is part of the Rector’s mission to make the Polytechnic work in all shades of development, ensure staff productive capacity, staff welfare, upgrade academic programmes, and channel aggressive infrastructural development in the Polytechnic.
The Rector who hinted that the Federal Polytechnic Offa remains a project in progress, a continuously evolving entity and a growing system seeks the cooperation and support of all staff to join him in pushing the Polytechnic to an enviable position.


While the Rector commends the efforts and commitment of the Need Assessment Intervention Committee on the project, staff and students are advised to explore alternative routes to their offices/lecture rooms pending the completion of the project.
