MAPOLY Student Union Met with Shuttle Drivers, Finally Reached an Agreement Over Transport Fare Issues

The students union government of the Moshood Abiola polytechnic, Abeokuta (MAPOLY), has reached an agreement with shuttle drivers on the amount to be charged by students in the polytechnic community.
According to the union, transport fare per student Is now #80 and #150 per two students effective from Monday 6th February 2023.
This was contained in a press statement signed by the SUG president, Comrade Babatunde.
” The Students’ Union Executives of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, led by Comr. Adelola Hezekiah Babatunde (EASY), are pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached with the MAPOLY Shuttle Drivers on the transport fare for students. Effective from Monday, 6th February 2023, the new transport fare will be 80 Naira per student and 150 Naira for two students…
“The Students’ Union Executives are committed to ensuring that students have reliable and affordable transportation options. This agreement with the MAPOLY Shuttle Drivers is a step towards fulfilling that commitment.”
“The MAPOLY Shuttle Service will resume operations on Monday, 6th February 2023, and will be available to all students in need of transportation to and fro on campus.”
“We encourage all students to take advantage of this convenient and affordable transportation option.”
