Lecturer Donates Laptops to Newly Employed Graduate Assistants.

The Head of the Department of Business Administration of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Dr. Ahmed Abdullahi has donated 7(seven) brand new laptops to newly employed Graduate Assistants in the Department.
During the presentation that took place at the Vice-Chancellor’s Office on Tuesday, Dr. Abdullahi said the donation was his little way of adding value to what the Greenhorns are doing and encouraging them to be the best as they strive to join the League of Experienced academics who will shape the future of the Department of Business Administration.
Responding on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Administration, Professor Saadatu Hassan Liman lauded the efforts of Dr.Abdullahi, describing it as unprecedented and the first of its kind in the University.
Professor Saadatu noted that the usual practice is for the University to provide such equipment for the Department and not for individuals but a good-spirited lecturer has gone a step further to make such a donation on a personal level.

She, therefore charged the recipients of the laptops to see the donation as an opportunity to improve themselves and compliment the gesture of the Head of the Department by embarking on their Ph.D. as soon as they complete the Masters’s program they have enrolled in.
The highlights of the event were the presentation of the Laptop computers to the newly employed Graduate Assistants.
