Lawmaker Assures Rector Maximum Support On Challenges Facing the polytechnic

The Member Representing Orumba North and South Federal Constituency Hon. Chief Okwudili Ezenwankwo, Chairman Orumba North Hon. Obinna Ikwueto and the APGA Chairman Orumba North Pharm Alphonsus Mmnuogbo paid a Courtesy Visit to the office of the Rector, Mrs Francisca Unoma Nwafulugo on Monday.

The Visit according to the Representative Member noted that Him and his Entourage came on a Courtesy Visit to assure and reassure the Institution of Maximum Protection and Support, To Know the Challenges which the School is facing and to encourage the Rector for Her Good works which is speaking louder within a short period of time in Office.

Hon. Ezenwankwo noted that he already enjoys a Cordial Relationship with the school and her management and also commended them for their efforts in seeing that Federal Polytechnic Oko remains Top in the Educational Sector.

Mrs. Francisca Unoma Nwafulugo while Speaking Appreciated and thanked the Hon. Ezenwankwo for finding out time to visit the School Management but noted that the Honourable Member is not just Her Representative but a Family Friend who Values his People and take his “WORD AS HIS BOND”.

She also thanked the Honourable Member for his Pragmatic Motions on the floor of the House which has in one way or the other been of Help, Benefit to the Institution.

The Rector highlighted some bitter challenges which the Institution is facing like Electricity within the School Premises, Borehole at the Extension Site but complained bitterly on how the Institution spends so much on Diesel in making sure Electricity is in the School Premises as at when Necessary.

Highlights of the Visit was an Oversight Tour to Some already Completed and Under Construction Projects carried by out the Rector Engr. Mrs Francisca Unoma Nwafulugo.
