Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin (Kwarapoly) Approved Academic Calendar for the 2023/2024 Session

This is to inform all new and returning students of the Kwara State Polytechnic (Kwara Poly), Ilorin that the school management has announced the resumption of academic activities for the 2023/2024 academic session.

The approved academic calendar has been published by the school management.

Academic activities for the first semester 2023/2024 session will commence on Monday 9th October 2023. Registration will commence for both new and returning students on Monday 9th October 2023.

Lecture will begin for both full-time and part-time returning students on Monday 23rd October 2023.

All SIWES students are to resume and commence lectures on Monday 4th December 2023.

Orientation for new students – 3rd to 5th January 2024.

Matriculation – 8th January 2024.

First semester 2023/2024 examination – 9th February 2024.

Second semester 2023/2024 session will commence on Monday 26th February 2024.

Lectures begin for all students – 26th February 2024.

SUG week – 3rd to 7th June 2024

Second semester written examination for PT students 10th to 14th June 2024

Second semester written examination for full-time students – 18th to 29th June 2024.
