The Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, came alive on May 2, 2025, as the institution hosted its 43rd Matriculation Ceremony, officially inducting a fresh cohort of students into its academic community.
The grand event was headlined by the Rector, Prof. Gozie S. Ogbodo, who, alongside Deputy Rector Dr. Emeka Ejim and other top officials, delivered an inspiring welcome to the new students. Present at the occasion were Principal Officers, Deans, Directors, Heads of Departments, the Student Union Government (SUG), CODeP and CODvip Council, the JCCB Choir, and the Igwe of IMT. A distinguished guest speaker also delivered an address, adding weight to the day’s proceedings.
In his keynote speech, Prof. Ogbodo charged the freshers to commit to excellence, discipline, and integrity as they embark on their academic journey. The students, visibly excited, took their matriculation oath, pledging loyalty to the institution’s standards and values.
