IMT ENUGU Gets New Rector

The immediate past Acting Rector of IMT, Enugu Dr. Emeka Patrick Ejim has officially handed over to the new Rector, Professor Gozie S. Ogbodo. In an official ceremony attended by all the Management Staff of the Institute, Dr. Emeka Patrick Ejim expressed gratitude to God for the opportunity to serve the Institute.
He also thanked His Excellency Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mba for the privilege he gave him to serve. In an emotion laden speech, Dr Ejim promised the New Rector of his readiness to work with him to ensure the growth of the Institute.
In response, the Rector, Professor Gozie Ogbodo reiterated his commitment to work with everyone that desires the success of his administration. He appreciated the Management for holding forth this past four months. Leadership according to him is not easy. Professor Ogbodo described Dr. Ejim as a hardworking and an indefatigable leader who within few months has shown capacity with his team.
According to the new Rector, Dr. Emeka Ejim is an asset to the Institute.
Meanwhile, the Prelate of the Methodist Church, Enugu Province, the Most Rev. C. N. Ede with the other anointed men of God were in the Institute to pray for the new Rector. Most Rev. C. N Ede encouraged staff to galvanise support for the new Rector to ensure the success of his administration.
He prayed that under the watch of Prof. Gozie Ogbodo, God will do a new thing in IMT.
