Important Notice to all Gateway ICT Polytechnic (GAPOSA) Students

The Management of The Gateway ICT Polytechnic Saapade has warned all the newly admitted HND students who applied for courses not related to what they studied at their National Diploma level to make adjustments to avoid issues in future.
The institution warned that it shall not be held responsible for any hitch that results from such action in future as it is against the admission stipulated directive of the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).
“This is to inform all newly admitted HNDI Students for the 2022/2023 Academic Session that it has come to the notice of the Management that some of you applied for courses different from that of your National Diploma at Higher National Diploma level….
“Please note that this action is against the stipulated admission directive of the National Board for Technical Education and the Polytechnic has distanced itself from this action.”
“All Students are therefore advised to follow the guidelines of our regulatory bodies during admission process as the Institution will not interfere with any hitch that results from such action in future.”

Meanwhile the school Management has fixed screening exercises for part-time applicants for Thursday 7th of December, 2022 for both National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND).
Also, All the newly admitted NDI and HNDI students are given till Friday 9th December 2022 to submit their yellow files.
