IMAP Rector Inaugurates WITED EXCO

A New EXCO of Women In Technical Education and Development (WITED) has been inaugurated for Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic, Lafia chapter to steer the affairs of the Association.
The Association is headed by the New Coordinator Dr. Shema’u A. Umar- Ari.
The inauguration, which took place at the Lecture Theater of School of Environmental, was performed by the Grand Patron of the Association who doubles as the Rector, Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic, Lafia, Dr. Justina Anjiode Kotso CLN, (Tauraruwan Ilimin Matan Jihar Nasarwa).
The Grand Patron advised the Members of the Association to discharge their functions effectively with passion and dedication to make an impact on the life of every female Students on campus and around the world.
In her acceptance speech, the WITED Coordinator, IMAP Chapter, Dr. Shema’u said the new EXCO would exercise its primary responsibility in the overall interest of all the WITED members of the Institution and thanked members for finding them worthy to pilot the affairs of WITED.
Other members of the executive council at the inauguration were Mrs. Nanchin E. Shammah Assistant Coordinator, Mrs. Justina Grimah Secretary General, Engr. Sarah M. Daniel Assistant Secretary General, Dr. Martina A. Pwojwan PRO 1, Mrs. Hajara Abdullahi PRO 2, Haj. Maryam L. Nasir Financial Secretary, Mrs. Bridget Ajegena Welfare Officer 1, Haj. Habiba Ahmed Welfare Officer 2 and Haj. Hussaina Yarima Treasurer respectively.
