IJERO COLLEGE OF HEALTH’ AFFILIATE INSTITUTION MATRICULATES 300 STUDENTS

The Management, College of Health Sciences and Technology, Ijero-Ekiti has matriculated 300 new students, through one of her affiliate institutions, College of Hygiene and Health Technology, Iseyin Oyo State, for the 2022/2023 academic session.
Speaking at the matriculation ceremony held in Iseyin, Provost of the College, Dr. (Mrs.) Cecilia Adebayo, who was represented by the College’s Director, Affiliate and Part-time programmes, Dr. (Mrs.) Modupe Oshatuberu, urged the new intakes to be diligent in their studies.
While noting the essence of graduating with good grades, she hinted that the College of Health Sciences and Technology, Ijero-Ekiti would readily consider admitting the new entrants into the institution’s higher degree programmes upon completing their studies in the affiliate College.
While addressing the matriculants, the Proprietor, College of Hygiene and Health Technology, Iseyin, Mr Owoseni Adewale noted that the institution has a special scholarship programme for brilliant but indigent students and would assist the students to follow their chosen career lines upon completion of their academic programmes.
Mr. Adewale who averred that the institution was established to make education accessible to children of the poor and the wealthy, called on the people of Oke-Ogun and Oyo State to make good use of the affordable study opportunity brought to their domain.
Earlier, the proprietor had appreciated the Management, College of Health Sciences and Technology, Ijero-Ekiti for giving the Iseyin-based health institution, a shoulder to lean on.


The matriculation ceremony that had in attendance attendance the College of Health Sciences and Technology, Ijero-Ekiti’s Coordinator of Part-time and Affiliated programmes, Mr. Temitope Adeusi, and the Directorate’s Accountant,
Mrs. Osadola Bolanle, featured oath taking, and special presentations including; poetry, chant and choreography.
