FPI Clinches Gold in National Students Project Competition

Adeyemo Victor, an HND student of our institution has clinched the first position at the 4th National Students Project Competition held at DORBEN POLYTECHNIC ABUJA.
Victor’s project, titled DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF PET BOTTLES SHREDDER was adjudged the best in the HND category of the competition.
The National Students Project Competition, organised by the Committee of Deans of Polytechnics and Colleges of Technology is an annual event mandated by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering Practices in Nigeria, (COREN).
The second and third positions went to Urenye Tunde Godstime of Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara and Akpan Israel Victor of Akwa-Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua respectively.
The Dean, School of Engineering, Engr Dr. Simeon Adegbenro led the Polytechnic’s contingent to the competition.
