Federal Polytechnic Offa Begins 2025/2026 POST UTME Admission Form Screening Exercise

The Federal Polytechnic Offa has announced the commencement of its online admission screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. The screening is open to candidates seeking admission into its National Diploma (ND) full-time programmes.
According to a statement signed by the Registrar and Secretary to the Governing Council, G.O. Soko, all candidates who selected the institution as their first choice in the 2025/2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are eligible to apply. Candidates who wish to change their first choice to the Polytechnic are required to do so through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) portal.
Applicants must have scored at least 100 — the minimum cut-off mark approved by JAMB for polytechnics — and possess five relevant O’Level credits obtained in not more than two sittings, as specified in the JAMB brochure. Candidates must also ensure their O’Level results are uploaded on the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) via a certified CBT centre. Those awaiting results may apply but must upload their results before the end of the admission process to be considered.
To participate in the screening, eligible candidates are to visit the Polytechnic’s portal at www.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng. Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 using an Interswitch-compatible ATM card, fill in their details, upload relevant credentials, and print their Security Form and Post-Screening Slip. The printed Security Form must be submitted personally at the Polytechnic’s main campus along Ojoku Road, Offa, Kwara State.
Candidates have been advised to ensure that names are written in full — surname first — exactly as they appear on their JAMB result slip and O’Level certificates. An active personal email address is also required for the process.
The online screening portal will remain open for four weeks from the date of this announcement. The institution has warned that failure to comply with the stated procedures, or any false claim by an applicant, may lead to disqualification and forfeiture of admission at any stage.
For further details, prospective candidates are encouraged to visit the Polytechnic’s official website.
