NKST College of Nursing Sciences, Mkar Opens 2025/2026 Admission for ND & HND Nursing Programs – See How to Apply

The NKST College of Nursing Sciences, Mkar, Benue State, has officially announced the commencement of its 2025/2026 admission exercise into various nursing programs. The college is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission into its ND/HND General Nursing (100L and 200L), ND/HND Nursing for Registered Midwives, and Community Nursing programs.
According to the Registrar, Rev. Jacob Ikomon, the sale of application forms runs from 18th June to 21st August 2025, giving prospective applicants ample time to prepare and apply.
Admission Requirements:
ND/HND General Nursing:
- Minimum of 150 aggregate score in the 2025 JAMB UTME.
- Must be at least 17 years old at the time of application.
- Five (5) credit passes in O’level results (English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) in not more than two sittings.
- Candidates must be willing to change their first choice institution to NKST College of Nursing Sciences, Mkar on the JAMB portal.
ND/HND Nursing for Registered Midwives:
- Must be a registered midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects (same as above) in not more than two sittings.
Community Nursing:
- Minimum age of 17 years at time of application.
- At least 4 credit passes in subjects including Biology and English in not more than two sittings.

Applicants are to visit https://putme.nkstconsmkar.edu.ng or scan the provided QR code on the flyer to complete the application process online.

💰 Cost of Application Forms:
- ND/HND General Nursing: ₦20,000
- ND/HND Nursing for Registered Midwives: ₦25,000
- Community Nursing: ₦15,000
