In a recent update, the management of the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro has issued a comprehensive list of file arrangement requirements for all newly admitted ND I and HND I students. This announcement is crucial for students preparing for registration, as it outlines the mandatory documents and the number of copies required to complete their registration process.
According to the notice, ND I and HND I students must ensure the following documents are arranged in order, with multiple copies specified for each:
- Course Form (4 copies)
- Bio Data (3 copies)
- School Admission Letter (3 copies)
- Acknowledgement Slip (3 copies)
- JAMB Admission Letter (3 copies) – ND only
- Acceptance Fee Receipt (3 copies)
- O’Level Verification Fee Receipt (3 copies)
- School Fee Receipt (3 copies)
- O’Level Verified Result (3 copies)
- O’Level Result (3 copies)
- National Diploma Result/Notification (4 copies)
- IT Completion Letter (3 copies) – HND only
- Testimonial (3 copies)
- State of Origin Certificate (3 copies)
- Birth Certificate (3 copies)
- Passport Teller
The school has emphasized the importance of bringing original copies of the following documents for verification: O’Level Result, National Diploma Result, IT Letter, Testimonial, State of Origin Certificate, and Birth Certificate.
For ND II and HND II students, the requirements are streamlined to:
