The inspection took place on Monday, July 13, at the School of General and Administrative Studies (SOGAS), where examinations officially commenced for students of the institution.
Dr. Usman was accompanied by the Deputy Rector (Academics), Dr. M. I. Yusufu, as they visited examination halls to monitor compliance with the Polytechnic’s examination guidelines and ensure that the exercise proceeded without disruptions.
The inspection team also included the Dean of the School of General and Administrative Studies (SOGAS), the Polytechnic Examination Officer, and the Head of the Department of Public Administration.
During the inspection, the management assessed the level of preparedness, adherence to examination regulations, and the overall conduct of students and invigilators to ensure a credible and hitch-free examination process.
The exercise formed part of the institution’s routine quality assurance measures aimed at maintaining high academic standards, promoting examination integrity, and providing a conducive environment for students to write their examinations.
The Polytechnic management reiterated its commitment to upholding discipline, transparency, and excellence in all academic activities while ensuring that examination processes comply with established institutional policies.
The commencement of the second semester examinations marks another important phase in the 2025/2026 academic session as students across various programmes continue their assessments under the supervision of the institution’s academic and administrative officials.
