The Federal Polytechnic Damaturu academic calendar for 2021/2022 academic session has been released. Monday 30^th may 2022	The polytechnic reopens for 2021/2022 academic session
Monday 30^th May – Saturday 10^th September	· Registration for returning and new students· Lectures begin for ND and HND FOR 1^ST AND 3^RD Semester 2021/2022 academic session · Matriculation exercise for NDI and HNDI students· Orientation exercise for new students
Monday 12^th – Saturday 24^th September	1^st and 3^rd semester examination for all programme
Monday 26^th September 2022 – Monday 24^th October 2022	· Marking of examination booklets for ND and HND· Departmental board meeting· School board meeting
Wednesday 26^th October 2022 – Thursday 27^th October 2022	Academic board meets to consider 1^st and 3^rd semester 2021/2022 examination results

SECOND AND FOURTH SEMESTER 2021/2022 ACADEMIC SESSION

Monday 3^rd October – Saturday 17^th December 2022	· 2^nd and 4^th semester lectures begins for all programme· Sports activities· Moderation of examination question papers for 2021/2022 academic session
Monday 9^th January – Saturday 21^st January 2023	2^nd and 4^th semester examination
Monday 16^th January – Thursday 16^th February 2023	· Marking of examination booklets for ND and HND· Moderation of marked examination booklets· Departmental board meeting· School board meeting· Academic boards meet to consider 2^nd 4^th semester examination results
Monday7 27^th March 2023	The polytechnic reopens for 2022/2023 academic session
