Federal Polytechnic Bauchi (BAUCHI POLY) Academic Calendar for the 2024/2025 Academic Session

This is to inform all new and returning students of the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, as well as the general public, that the management of the polytechnic has announced the resumption of academic activities for the 2024/2025 academic session.

According to the approved academic calendar, the polytechnic will resume on Monday, 6th January 2025, and registration for all students will commence on the same day.

Lectures for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic session will begin on Monday, 20th January 2025.

The matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students of the 2024/2025 academic session is scheduled to hold on Saturday, 8th March 2025.

Examinations for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic session will begin on Monday, 7th April 2025, and will conclude on Saturday, 26th April 2025.

The second semester of the 2024/2025 academic session will commence on Monday, 9th June 2025.

JANUARY 2025

Monday 6^th	Registration commences for all students
Friday 17^th	Registration ends for all students <
Monday 20^th	Lectures commences
Monday 27^th	Departmental board meeting
Tuesday 28^th	School board meeting
Wednesday 29^th	Academic beard meeting

FEBRURARY 2025

Monday 17^th – Saturday 22^nd	First class test
Monday 24^th	Departmental board meeting
Tuesday 25^th	School board meeting
Wednesday 26^th	Academic beard meeting
