Federal Polytechnic Bali Registration Requirements for Newly Admitted Students

The management of the Federal polytechnic Bali, Taraba state has released the registration requirements for newly admitted students and directed all candidates that applied for admission to the institution who are yet to upload their o’level results on Jamb caps to do so as soon as possible otherwise they might not be considered for admission.
The school management have also directed applicants that are yet to accept their admission on jamb caps to do the needful as contained in a circular signed by the polytechnic registrar.
“I am directed to advise all admitted candidates who have not uploaded their O’level result to JAMB to do so. Also, those who have not accepted their admissions should do so and print their JAMB Original Admissions Letter. Furthermore, if a candidate did not accept admission, such candidate will be deleted and considered not willing….
“This creates a lot of confusion in the records particularly at the exit point for admittance into National Youth Service Corp (NYSC).. Your Original Admissions Letter submission should please reach the Academic division”
The newly admitted students are to come with the following documents for their registration.
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
- Local Government Indigene Certificate
- Primary School Certificate
- O’level Result
- JAMB Admission Letter
- Two (2) photocopies of all items 1-6 above
