Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti Opens Fresh Admission Window for Science Laboratory Technology HND Options for 2025/2026 — Apply Now

The Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti has announced the availability of selected Higher National Diploma options under the Science Laboratory Technology programme for the 2025/2026 academic session, offering qualified applicants another opportunity to secure admission.

In an official notice released by the institution, management disclosed that two Science Laboratory Technology HND options are currently open for admission. The available programmes include Science Laboratory Technology with an Applied Chemistry option and Science Laboratory Technology with a Physics with Electronics option. Both programmes are available for morning and evening study modes.

The polytechnic explained that the opportunity is specifically targeted at HND applicants who sat for the aptitude test ab initio but are yet to be offered admission. Such applicants have been advised to visit the Academic Affairs Office to formally indicate their interest in changing their option or programme to any of the available ones.

According to the notice, the selection process will be conducted on a first come, first served basis, making early response critical for interested candidates. The institution further stated that the deadline for indicating interest is on or before the close of work on Monday, 19 January 2026.

Management emphasized that all admission requirements as stated in the earlier admission advertisement remain unchanged, and applicants are expected to meet the prescribed criteria before consideration.

The polytechnic urged all interested and qualified HND applicants to take advantage of this development, noting that it presents a timely opportunity to gain admission into one of the approved Science Laboratory Technology options for the 2025/2026 academic session.
