Ekiti state polytechnic honors outstanding students during matriculation ceremony

In a commendable display of academic excellence, the management of Ekiti State Polytechnic, Iṣan Ekiti, honoured six outstanding National Diploma (ND) II students during the institution’s 4th Matriculation Ceremony for newly admitted ND I students.
The Registrar, Mr. Gbenga Olorunsola, announced the recognition of these students, who were selected based on their exemplary conduct and academic performance across various departments. Each of these students received the Rector’s handshake along with a cash award as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
The honoured students and their respective Cumulative Grade Point Averages (CGPA) are as follows:
1. Olagoke Pelumi Oluwasemilore – Accountancy Department, CGPA: 3.82
2. Oguntona Ebenezer Ayobami – Accountancy Department, CGPA: 3.58
3. Afolabi Oluwanifemi Loveth – Agricultural Technology Department, CGPA: 3.64
4. Olawuyi Peter Idowu – Computer Science Department, CGPA: 3.67
5. Joseph Success Felix – Electrical/Electronics Department, CGPA: 3.75
6. Ale Joseph Olarewaju – Electrical/Electronics Department, CGPA: 3.72
The recognition ceremony was a highlight of the matriculation event, underscoring the institution’s commitment to fostering academic excellence and rewarding outstanding achievements among its students.
