Egbewole urges Unilorin staff to declare their assets

In his desire to uphold transparency and accountability, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole, SAN, has called on all staff members of the institution to declare their assets in accordance with the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Prof. Egbewole made this call on Tuesday (December 19, 2023) while declaring open an interactive session with the staff of the Code Of Conduct Bureau on how to fill the Code Of Conduct Bureau form by the university staff. The session took place at the Main Auditorium of the University of Ilorin.

The Vice Chancellor, who was represented on the occasion by the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Management Services), Prof. Suleiman Folorunsho Ambali, said the programme was part of a routine initiative conducted every four years to ensure compliance with legal obligations outlined in the Nigerian constitution.
