ASUP STRIKE: Why We Suspend Our Planned Protest- DSAP SUG

The Students Union government of DS Adegbenro ICT Polytechnic has suspended their planned protest earlier fixed to hold on Monday 30th May 2022, after meeting with Security agencies.
According to the students union, the protest was put to hold following their meeting with Department of State Security (DSS) and other security agencies.
The SUG had earlier announced that they will embarked on a peaceful protest on Monday as a result of the internal strike by the Academic staff Union of Polytechnic (ASUP), DSAP chapter. The Polytechnic lecturers have been on strike for months now due to some disagreement between them(ASUP-DSAP) and the school management a development which has put to the First semester examination on hold.
