The Polytechnic Ibadan (Ibadan Poly) Academic Calendar for 2023/2024 Academic Session

This is to notify all the new and returning students of the polytechnic Ibadan (POLY IBADAN), Oyo State that the directorate of academic planning has released the approved academic calendar for the 2023/2024 academic session.

According to the approved academic Calendar, 2023/2024 first semester academic session will commence on Monday 4th September 2023.

Online registration for all students will commence on Monday 11th to Friday 22nd September 2023.

First semester lectures will commence on Monday 11th September 2023 for all students.

First semester examination will commence from Monday 11th December to Friday 29th December 2023.

Second semester 2023/2024 academic session will commence on Thursday 1st February, 2024. All students are to resume on the said date.

Online registration for all students will commence from 1st to 15th February 2024.

Second semester examination – 20th April to 21st May 2024.

9	Faculty coordinating committee meeting for consideration of results.	18^th – 25^th January 2024
10	BOS meeting for consideration of results	29^th – 30^th January 2024
11	End of first semester	31^st January 2024

SECOND SEMESTER 2023/2024 ACADEMIC SESSION

12	Second semester begins.	Thursday 1^st February 2024
13	Resumption date for all students	1^st February 2024
14	Online registration for all students	1^st – 15^th February 2024
15	Late registration with penalty for all students	16^th – 23rd February 2024
16	Second semester lectures	5^th February – 27^th April 2024

17	Second semester examinations	29th April 2024 – 21^st May 2024
18	Marking and grading of results	22^nd May – 4^th June 2024
19	BOS meeting for the consideration of results	6^th June 2024
20	End of 2023/2021 academic session	11^th June 2024
