Tears of Joy as BENPOLY graduating students Signed out
The graduating Students of Benue state polytechnic Ugbokolo last week signed out after writing their final papers for the 2020/2021 Academic session.
The students were so excited to finally graduate from the institution after they were delayed due to ASUP strike and Covid19 which paralyzed academic activities in the polytechnic and other state owned tertiary institutions in Benue state.
One of the graduating student who identified himself as Kay, said that “Today is one of the happiest moments of my life, it has not been easy but I’m glad I made it”
Another student who spoke with POLYTV, said “We could have graduated if not for the prolonged strike by polytechnic lecturers, but God knows best.”
He added, “My advice for other undergraduate students is to never give up on their dream no matter the circumstances.
