SUG Shutdown School as Management Refused to Release Result

The Students union Government of the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara state has shutdown the polytechnic registry and bursary department as the school management refused to release their last semester results 8 months after examinations.
The affected students who are majorly ND and HND graduands lamented that the inability of the school management to release their results which has made it difficult for them to secure a job and further their education 8 months after graduating from the polytechnic.
The SUG President, Comrade Cofactor confirmed to POLYTV in a press release that they have shutdown the polytechnic registry and bursary till their results are released.
According to a statement obtained by POLYTV which in part reads,
“The Students Union Government executives ably led by Comr. Orisaniyi Omotayo Samuel (COFACTOR ), today 2nd of August 2022, shut down the registry and bursary office right until when P19 and F19 results are release.”

“After eight (8) month of graduating since last year December, the school management refuse to release our result, and in a statement release by the SUG president yesterday, the school manage refuse to do the needful….
The statement added “Not until we have our result, REGISTRY AND BURSARY office will remain shut down.”
