Procedures For Collection of Result at Osun State Polytechnic Iree (OSPOLY)

Osun state polytechnic Iree is one of the 2 State polytechnics in Osun state. After your ND/HND programme, what comes next is to collect your results from exams and records Unit. If you are ready to collect your ND/HND result, kindly follow the following steps.

1. Ensure you have cleared all issues that could be affecting your result Such as carryover and others.

2. Make payments (N25,495) excluding Online registration fee on the certificate payment portal and provide relevant information required and get your print out. Some of the required information on this page includes your full name, email Address, phone number, programme, department and year of Graduation.

3. Proceed to the school microfinance bank to pay for the Verification of Result VOR (N5,000) & ALUMNI (N1,550). Then Visit the school bursary to change the bank teller and printout of the result/certificate you collected from cafe to receipt.  proceed to Alumni building opposite Abolend hotel, off Wuraola to change Alumni teller to receipt.

4. Now Proceed to the exam and record; result unit to collect the result clearance form. You must go along with your:

• O’level certificate
• All your school fees receipt
• VOR receipt
• Alumni receipt
• Certificate receipt
• School I.D card

5. Collect the CLEARANCE & read the result clearance form carefully. Make sure you fill it neatly without any mistakes. NOTE: fill where you suppose to fill only.

6. Proceed to the Department for signing and stamping. Go along with some little change(Money)

7. Proceed to the Library for signing. You must go along with your library I.D card and borrower ticket (that pink paper).

 8. Proceed to student affairs for signing. You must go along with your school I.D card.

9. Proceed to the admission Office (KOKO-for DPT Students) for signing. You must go along with your: O’ level certificate.

10. Proceed back to the Exam & Record result unit to collect the brown dossier file.

11. Proceed to the motion ground to arrange your file only. NOTE: go along with your Copy C; both year 1 and year 2 (ND/HND)

12. Proceed back to the result unit to submit your dossier file. They will tell you to go and sit and wait for a moment. Stay where They will be able to see you and call you back to come and collect your result.
