Offa Poly Acting Librarian, Mr. Emmanuel Olorunishola Adio is Dead

The Management of the Federal Polytechnic Offa (FEDPOFFA), led by Engr. Dr. Kadiri Kamoru, FNSE, announces the passage of its Acting Polytechnic Librarian, Mr. Emmanuel Olorunishola Adio.
Late Mr. Emmanuel Olorunishola Adio died in the early hours of
Friday, 28th June, 2024, at his residence after a brief illness. He was until his death, the Acting Polytechnic Librarian, FEDPOFFA.
Born May 5th, 1962, Mr. Adio joined the services of the Polytechnic in 1993 as a Library Officer and rose through the ranks to become Assistant Chief Librarian in 2021. During his career path and progression at the Polytechnic Library, he mentored many students and staff (teaching and non-teaching), many of whom are now leaders and professionals in public and private sectors.
On behalf of the entire Polytechnic community, the Rector, Engr. Dr. Kadiri Kamoru Oluwatoyin, FNSE, commiserates with the Adio Family, praying that God grant them the fortitude to bear the loss.
Details of commemorative events and funeral arrangements will be communicated in due course.
