NUC Approves Five Degree Programmes for Federal Polytechnic Bauchi

The National Universities Commission (NUC) has granted approval for five Bachelor’s Degree programmes to be offered at the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi. These programmes will be run in affiliation with the University of Maiduguri, marking a significant milestone in the institution’s academic offerings.
The newly approved degree programmes are as follows:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mass Communication
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accounting
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Banking and Finance
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Public Administration
According to the institution’s management, admission into these programmes will commence with the 2024/2025 academic session. This development aligns with the institution’s commitment to expanding educational opportunities and enhancing the quality of higher education.
